I would fix the low hanging fruit first...

I have a friend of mine who just recently opened a office and is looking for agents 

Start with a real estate text book for agents to sit for their licensing exam, an older book is fine as the basics of real estate hasn't changed for decades.

I am an out-state investor looking for recommendations for agents in the Columbus OH area.

Cold calling is not my favorite activity, but I can get over that in a hurry if it bares fruit.

With that being said is the market still fruitful with buyers during winter months and or when school is in session? 

Enter the mortgage generation field.. either as clerical or get your RMLO and do loans.. again learn while you earn.4. apply for a job with a development company and scout land deals for them.. hard to get this position but very fruitful if you can land it.with no money no experience its a tough road..

We have worked for agents and investors and even have done some property management for commercial and residential properties.

I accept the fact that the financial/funding tree is now occupied with unwanted fruits, however we are doing our best to sort them out but, the truth remains, in a funding transaction, there are charges all over the world, the united states not excluded.

I am looking to get out on my own, make some connections and offer a helping hand to any professionals looking for someone to tackle low hanging fruit with the intention of sharing some wisdom.
