Although, some units don't strictly enforce these.Of course this comes with the risks and downsides. 1) The military installation is the lifeblood of the market in remote areas; post closes or reduction in force could hurt value tremendously.2) Legally, military tenants can escape the commitment of contracts with relocation/deployment orders.
