Investing in Arizona

Hey! Me and my Investment team are going to be moving down to Arizona within the next few months, we plan on buying rentals down in that area and are in search of partners with funds that might be interested to go in with us on deals that we find. Any of you guys invest in that area and have any recommendations on where to check out or are maybe interested on joining in with us? Feel free to get back to me, would love to see what you guys have to say!

It's funny seeing a lot of the above posts saying you're late to the party.

I have made more money in the Phoenix real estate market the past 2 years than any other year in the past 10 years that I've been doing this. It will not stay this strong forever, appreciation rates that we have experienced are not sustainable. But still a TON of money to be made in this market (in my opinion).

Are you looking for single family homes? Short term rentals or long term rentals? How much capital are you looking to deploy?
