Here's the disconnect I think.....Asking a guest to do the following: 1) leave your place relatively neat, 2) Don't leave dirty dishes with food on them, 3) take the trash out to the trashcan outside the back door, 4) throw the soiled linens on the bath floor.....Can hardly be called 'cleaning'........

It needs to be notarized and recorded with the county to make it clear that this is a "real" mortgage, and you can't be "clever" and do like 0.00% for the interest rate. 

There are a lot of fees some known, some cleverly hidden with 401ks.

NOT wholesaling.And all these damn gurus will tell you to drive for dollars, door knocking, cold calling, "clever" ways to spend 40 hours a day to get a list "for free:... as if your time is worth no money...Ludacris!

How do you account for all the furniture, linen, kitchenware and the basics that are included?

The property is also out in the country so taking all the dirty linens to the Suds Bucket is not the most efficient use of time.

I currently grab all the dirty linens, towels, bath mats, etc, along with the trash, and take care of that during my lunch break prior to sitting down and eating.Is this a bad idea? 

I am not worried about Realtor, or zillow, or houzeo, or clever,  offrpad or all these bigger companies.Again, those are the first we beat.

I pay out 90 percent to my cleaner and the other is for linens and small items that come up.

The host wanted the place cleaned to the point of move in ready for the next quests- with the exception of washing the linens.
