How to account for furniture and everything else in a MTR lease?
Hey there!
I am an experienced Airbnb host but I'd like to transition into MTRs off of Airbnb. I'm curious what others are including in their lease compared to a LTR. How do you account for all the furniture, linen, kitchenware and the basics that are included? Itemized list? Do you do a condition report of these items as well? What about a cleaning fee? Do you ask for the same damage deposit? (I can ask for up to half a month in Winnipeg, MB.)
Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks so much!
