@Tim Fitzgerald  to funny I know Dave Del Dotto  he has two wineries in the Napa valley one right across the street from my house.. ( moved a few years back) but when I lived there I would go over and end of he day share a bottle of cab with him and he would regale me in lore of yesteryear.. he has killed it in the premium wine business though and if you ever to out to Napa do check out his wineries the one on Atlas peak by my house has great caves and he does experimenting with different kinds of barrels and barrel tops.. to create some interesting blends.. 

We would often walk over and wine taste he was eclectic to say the least I always got the last resi of the day ( no open tasting needed resi's) then he would open up the bottles and talk about his days on the beach in Hawaii etc etc.

Many times of course your dealing with a MLO of some sort who really has no lending authority... whereas I dealt with my guys personally and I was the chief bottle washer so it was a nice fit..

If a guest eats gluten free, she includes a list of gluten free bakeries and restaurants in the area as well as a box of gluten free cookies to welcome them along with some bottled water in the refrigerator etc.

I work in logistics/warehouse, and drive a forklift for a juice bottling copacker.

Post after post, it's almost the same bottled response citing growth, jobs, and opportunity. 

Then I brought them a bottle of wine and fresh raked cape cod clams. 

I walk to blue bottle from my house, so I'm pretty sure gentrification is complete with 800 sf prices to go with it.

I am throwing this bottle in this busy sea, looking for advice on purchasing multi-family properties in the Cincinnati and Indianapolis areas.
