I've been listening to podcasts and reading the blogs and forums but I know it's nothing like when you actually do a deal.

Keep exploring around all the threads, pocasts, blog, etc.

Since reading that book I have attempted to dive into the knowledge on Bigger Pockets and read as many blog posts and listen to as many podcasts as I can.

I'm putting together an email that I'm going to send to some Realtors that I know personally and see if they are game...I thought I read a blog on here once where the writer had an email that they used to send to realtors w/ a link but I recall the link being dead...anybody know the article I'm talking about...

If you join the social media blogs you will see there are investors out there literally asking you to take their money but the deals are seeming to be far and few between.
