What if it’s gated and your not a resident?

Anyone can do as well as Rockefeller, Morgan, Ford, Gates and Buffet.

Unless the front door of an apartment must be accessed via gate, which may indicate it is not a "public place" (which is believe doesn't pass the smell test) etc., the law does not change and it's been settled by the Supremes for decades. 

In a logical world, you would think more equity out of the gate would be a GOOD thing for a lender, but now here we are.

My SFR HOA charges about $460/mo, but we get a gated community, massive resort-style pool, shuttle service that takes my guests directly from my door to the beach, and plenty of other perks. 

I'll try to post those too.Zillow says this house is 5 beds 2 baths 1,526 sqft but actually has 3 beds (possible 4 beds) with fireplace, pool and RV Gate in Mesa AZ.

@Mario BellaviaMario when I said finance the investment I meant using a bank loan to purchase the property right out of the gate. 

Also, make sure you have a security gate. 

Nice to know Bill Gates feels the same way as he invested in 25 thousand acres next to Phoenix.

Did you smell desperation when you landed the deal at such a discount and did you anticipate selling the partial out of the gate?
