I previously posted questions on this channel about lending money on the paperstac platform.

I've used several "light" management platforms and landed on Avail (Avail.co) for the last five years or so. 

I wanted to add that I have been a skeptic of Roofstock in the past and voiced some concerns over process and control for buyers on that platform.

Send review to every platform so other will not become victim.

I've been on the platform before, I'm back.

In my state, rentals less than 30 days are not regulated by the Real Estate commission.I don't think any of these short-term rental platforms explicitly prohibit arbitrage, but I wish they would.

At this point we haven't gotten a legit VRBO reservation in about 2 months.

However their platform is helpful and so are the people you deal with. 

I don’t advise because you potentially could get kicked off of a platform but as the owner you are not losing occupancy control because of a legally binding agreement.
