First Flip, been on the market for 2 weeks. Fingers crossed.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $65,000

This is my first flip. Came out great but still on the market. Numbers are a little tight so I'm hoping to get an offer soon.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

It was easy and helpful to get me going.  I used an app called Backflip.  Fees were a little high, but doable.  Taking out the rehab money wasn't the worst, however you have to budget for a down payment for your contractor which I didn't.  Luckily, I was able to move some fund around and make it work.
