It is off-markewt, and because it's such a hot spot, the seller will not show me the property without not only my "confdentiality and exclusive rights to sell " signed with this broker, but also, the same document must be signed by the cash buyer I will be partnering with.Therefore, I cannot even LOOK at the good ones without proof of funds and confidentiality agreement to my partner (who is unknown).Very frustrating to say the least. 

Buying a property near those hot spots might get you some extreme appreciation.

Where are the SFH rent hot spots in the DFW area? 

My RE on my power team also lets me know where the hot spots are and if a property I'm interested in is in and around a hot spot.

Speaking of which- I graduated from Belmont University in Nashville back in 2015.My wife just sent me a link to all the local hot spot restaurants in the Pensacola area, it's crazy how much it's changed these last few years... 

What I really would like to know is other "hot spots" or "hubs" that renters look for in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs. 

My team and I have a lot of experience with local STR regulations in the hot spots like Paso, Pismo and also have good info on the unincorporated areas of SLO County.

The pipeline will likely create some hot spots where you could do well by timing the market right.

In the past, I have also used internet based security cameras and alarm system connected (along with signage) to a wifi hotspot (jetpack etc.) to do this after changing locks and better securing doors and windows.
