Hello BP PeepsI've decided to stop lurking and start participating.I'm a serial entrepreneur embarking on my next fun adventure.

I'm about to embark on my first property acquisition.

I see a lot of potential in bringing real-estate into the 21st century and so that's the path I hope to embark down on my real-estate investor journey.I've been able to find a couple prospects in the last month, but am hesitant to pull the trigger because I didn't know enough about the market. 

We are excited to embark on this new adventure to be able to help others and gain positive income to help with future opportunities.

I have been preparing my finances and educating myself for the past 9 months and am ready to embark on a journey in search of my first investment property. 

First you have to decide which path in REI you want to embark upon; flips vs buy & hold, SFR's vs small multifamily vs large apartment complexes. 

I've always wanted to embark on this.

I learned a lot and hope to learn even more as I am about to embark on a similar career path.

I will embark upon my REI journey with helping others in mind.
