But whatever you do, it won't do you any good to make more money if you automatically respond by spending more.That's a big problem with the average person, they get a raise, they celebrate, "Whoo hoo, all our problems are solved!"

@JJ Lopez if your goal is to buy primarily for cash flow, and the numbers work for you then I wouldn’t not have jitters about the sale price.
