Thinking of investing in 4,3,2 plex out of state.
Hello everyone, just heard a really great pod cast on BP and it was so awesome which I’m sure most will agree. The pod cast talked about where a first time investor might want to invest. These were the top places: both Carolinas, Texas, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Huston, San Antonio&Austin. Look for both equity and cash flow and not a lot of money to invest at least my own. Do not have a partner, however want to thrive is my goal. Any thoughts?

@William Orrock, I would suggest first to elaborate more on what your goals are for investing. If you try to dig deeper on exactly what you are trying to do with real estate, you will be able to get lots more great insight. Where do you live? Do you not have enough time to try and manage on your own? Why are you wanting to buy a rental?
