Starting with BP, LinkedIn, real estate mastermind groups, Twitter, etc.

I need help finding a mastermind group locally to network with.

Please add me to your network, and I'll take all recommendations to Mastermind or REIA groups. 

I've researched it a bunch but seem to always get to "join this real estate mastermind for $5,000." 

Their mastermind group also seems to be one of the best for getting into long-distance landlording too.And always go back to that criteria and what it is you really want out of your investing.

The biggest thing for me was my masterminds group.

I will reach out to my mastermind group to see if anyone dabbles in the STR space in the Destin/Panama City area.

@Slaven Popadic We typically host these events Monday evenings; however, next Monday is a holiday, so the next Cashflow event at the Southern Grounds Café in San Marco (1671 Atlantic Blvd) will be Monday the 1st next month.On the Monday of February 22nd (7:00pm to 10:00pm), we will host a mastermind meeting to discuss acquiring properties via seller-financing or subject-to deals, sharing what our community has done previously and using a recorded talk on the subject by Brian Sump to prompt conversation.

I enjoy 100% of my commission, I take advantage of all the resources they provide, they also have training and mastermind groups for each niche (residential, commercial, investors, etc.) and annual agent production ($2-$5M, $5M-$10M, $10M+, etc.) which helps to always be bouncing ideas with other agents that are at your or slightly above your level, and I was able to build my own brand backed by a well-known local brokerage.
