Any recommendations for a Mastermind group or REI in Atlanta

Hey Bigger Pockets Family,

I currently own 4 SFH in Houston/Atlanta and looking to join a group or network with like-minded individuals in Atlanta. Please add me to your network, and I'll take all recommendations to Mastermind or REIA groups.

I am also looking for a 4-6 unit multifamily home in GA for all the agents in the forum.

This market is so competitive, any suggestions on finding off market deals?

Hi All, I've been around the block, now only buying creative deals, subject to for our porfolio we self manage.  

The best tip I can offer is join the local REIAs. Google Georgia REIA. Join them all. There's many local groups and I joined them all. Each has advantages. But I ended up sticking with just Gareia. you may make different choice or the same. Its up to you. Local boots on the groiund is the biggest help for my businsess and success.

You may also search for REI groups in meetup.org.

BP need not re-invent the wheel. In fact I strongly suggest you don't. Joint existing long standing REIA groups.
