I echo most of what you say about both systems, and agree that while I like Avails interface and user functionality, TenantCloud seems to have more detail and has more scalability at a lower price.  

However, the UI (User Interface) screams SPAMMY, GIMMICKY, SCAM, and possibly something you can catch viruses on!  

I would have a separate LLC do all the management and own nothing, but is contracted by the trustee to interfaces with tenants.

Yes, there are a lot of scammers and they don't help much with funding as a company unless you use the cix interface.
