forgot to mention broker,check out Adam Robinson, say that Sarah from England rec him, in terms of lenders, check in with a guy called Tommy sorrentino and local banks I would approach, Gateway, Insignia and Regions....good luck Sarasota in my mind is a great place to invest, just wish I could find more deals....incidentally I live in UK and even manage my portfolio from here, the property managers suck, stay clear of stringer and Jeanette, it can be quite hard doing busness in Florida just keep on their backs....good luck...hopefully out there in may for a couple of months over seeing my new project

The reason is the number is now small enough that I can manage turnover and screening fairly easily, and that I believe nothing is more important, once you own a property, than choosing tenants.In New England, we have a large number of old properties converted to multi's - usually built from 1850 to 1920.
