Has any investors in Oklahoma used a local bank as an asset based lender, or know where to find the best private money lenders?

What are you looking for in your lender? Most banks vary widely in what they can offer to investors (and when they can offer it). I've worked with the banks around OK for 10 years so let me know and I'll try to match you up with a good fit.
