I know there is a low income, income based housing (something like wic 1426 or something) and that is managed by a private entity with strict guidelines to continue in the program and recieve its benefits.Unfortunately this bill will suck more income and money out of the areas that are already the most poverty stricken.

I have recieved lots of etimates for the same projects from all sorts of tradesmen and services from craigslist , mostly duds but a few keepers.

Ok here is my question, as someone who is trying to get started with wholesaling, what should I say to people who call onc they recieve my yellow letter.How can I make an offer on there home without time to research the property to see what it is worth?

I'm an owner-occupant in South Philly and recieve about 2 yellow letters per month.

I really appreciate this advice and look forward to recieving more and more, this was really helpful.

Just some Joe that took out his anger on the last piece of annoying junk mail he recieved.

Only recieved 3 calls so far...so my question is - has anyone else compared these low-budget letters to the higher end letters?

But obviously if he's a veteran investor he's familiar with wholesaling and already recieving your letter I'm about 80% sure he knows your intentions.If you want a stronger relation  with the seller be honest about it all. especially if you're new and feel you can't get a buyer after the contract.
