Yellow Letters now what???

Hey BP, I am in the process of starting my first yellow letter campaign, I finally finished formatting to allow me to print on the yellow paper. Sheets are printing as we speak! Ok here is my question, as someone who is trying to get started with wholesaling, what should I say to people who call onc they recieve my yellow letter.

How can I make an offer on there home without time to research the property to see what it is worth? Do I just get there info and then call them back later? Sorry if this question seems remedial but thats where I am in the learning process!

Thanks
