Some may say too bad, make them learn...but I say give them multiple options to make it easier for you and for them.I work at a community with 350+ residents and many find the online rent payment convenient while many still prefer dropping off a physical check.I was doing the same thing at my 4-family...chasing cash every month but found it to be a huge hassle...I now only accept payment via Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Money Order, etc and it must be left in the rent box (located on the property) by a certain date otherwise a Notice to Quit is being sent to them.Best of luck!

I’d check them with the PD (pictures of the guns with serial numbers listed) I would not provide the physical gun to the police unless you are giving them to the police.

I read the writing on the walls way back in the late 80's and 90's and systematically chemically stripped or physically removed any suspected lead painted trim, clapboards, antique doors, etc. from 1983 through 1989.

My question is: I obviously can't go driving for dollars, put up bandit signs or join a REIA networking group just yet without being there physically but what are some things I can do now while I am waiting to get out there to start marketing and generating leads?
