It's not unusual, particularly if they're told they will be released soon.You can sign a contract electronically, by fax, in counterpart, etc while you are on vacation as long as it's included in the contract that signatures in that format are acceptable.You're trying to sell a co-op in a market that favors buyers, in what is historically one of the slowest times of the year, to a "rock solid" buyer that your broker procured.

Zelle. popmoney. any no-fee electronic service.For the computer/phone illiterate, I used to have a separate bank account at Bank of America (which has branches everywhere) where tenants could directly deposit cash into my account at the teller.If I still had to deal with computer illiterates, then I would open a new bank account at tenant's preferred bank, so they could withdraw and deposit cash in one visit.Cash only.

Again, this won't fix your breaker-tripping problem directly, but it will help a little.In the future, like if one of your apartments turns over, a handy thing to have is a "Kill-a-watt" plug-in watt-hour meter (about $30 to $40 at the hardware store, electronics store, or Amazon) and a space heater or hair dryer ($20).
