Courtney, Based on your description I am making the following assumptions: 1) The TIN is the tax identification number of some business entity.2) The TI you referenced is a Tenant Incentive or also known as a Tenant Allowance.  

@Ryan Lepage forgive my last reply...I misread your description and I see now you said it’s in a “not great” neighborhood.

Obviously there is no address on the photo so I basically took the one picture and description at face value and then assumed the lister exaggerated comps and rental value and under estimated repair costs...  

From the description I thought you might be posting deals on properties.I don't want to put a fryer in my VR due to the mess some people would make.

But disclosure can be just a small sign somewhere on the property (or “You’re being recorded” at the end of the listing description), so not everyone will see it.

Here’s my scenario:Found a property on MLS with no pictures inside the property and no description of repairs/maintenance.

Frankly, from your description, it does not sound like you have the full grasp, either.One thing is clear: a second opinion is highly recommended, and not from an online forum.

The contractor is unaware that 10 other people received the same potential job description.
