If this is like East Austin, South or closer to UT, most likely yes smaller rentals and lower price would rent quicker and less vacancies for the younger, kidless demo.

For instance, I’ve gathered that getting the 30 yard dump skid on site by 10am the morning after close is more or less important to many so demo can be done by day 3 leading right into when the roofing crew shows up and hopefully done and out by day 5 so they aren’t  throwing shingles or tile on everyone..

nah you can do it... but smarter to budget a month without the bathroom.once you start the demo you will keep going until your down to studs and joists.do everything new, you wont regret it.the chamber pot system worked before it can work again.
