I am entertaining the idea of subscribing to CO-Star to help me find and acquire large apartment complexes and was wondering who all might be using this to buy bigger complexes? Feedback? Other resources aside from LoopNet? Thanks

I've toyed with the idea of paying for it, but most commercial brokers have access and are willing to share any info you need (assuming you've built a relationship with them).  I just received a 100+ page report for a property we're considering and it included 17 comp apartments and owner info for all of them. Even if we don't buy this one, I've already identified 3 potential targets based on the report.
