Thanks everyone for the feed back after reading @Mark Holencik  post I don't think its worth the headache, most them are in the east side of Baltimore while habitable the type of tenants and the area has are not desirable since I mange my properties myself, I don't want to deal with possible confrontation when it comes down to collecting rent.
