Basically was doing work up to closing on my 3 commercial listings for my commission 1st week in March.Also part of an elite group that's part of a special seo casting system that will change everything.It's in BETA stage now.Might wholesale a few deals.Right now real busy with clients wanting to gobble up properties so I am not looking to buy and hold much.

You should check with your local bldg department to see if you will have any issues.Plumbing - some of that old stuff is cast iron and it isn't easy (or cheap) to work on and fix.Good luck!

They told me a bunch of useless stuff (there's a hole in the screen, complete with picture) and missed important stuff (cast iron sewer line is cracked.)

@Michael SanchezI"m usually not this direct but from a sailor who made it 10 years on the boat full time I can say - Sell the house, cast off the lines, stay away from marinas and you'll be amazed at how long you can make it on the boat , how rewarding it will be, and how much your stress level will go down not having to worry about real estate owned and all the management headaches.

From talking to people and listening to pod casts, it seems like multi family property would be a better deal than a single family property to get my hands on.I would like to get some feed back on that from those who invest in Houston area.
