We are really counting on those of you who will continue to receive regular checks from Uncle Sam (SS, SSI, or SSDI) and those of you who are in industries where you are able to maintain your employment, to PLEASE continue to pay your rent as promptly as possible so that we will be able to pay our bills and our mortgages while we work with your less fortunate neighbors.

Is acquiring a Section 8 Tenant a possibility where Uncle Sam pays the greater portion of the rent and even has tenants available for screening in some markets?

Uncle Sam ordered no evictions for 4 months, so the nuclear option for LL is gone so all that is left is negotiation. 

@Sam Khoshnavaz the FHA low down payment loans are descend for owner occupants and there is no loophole that exists that will allow you to not live in the property.

I called foul and backed off.Why would Uncle Sam have a tax rule that allows this?  

Sam, I am not sure about your area but in my area, prospective tenants are still looking for places to rent.
