Should I try to rent now or wait?

I’ve already purchased a condo and we have completed the rehab.

Should I start looking for a tenant now during this pandemic?

Other option is to wait till it all blows over.

I’m leaning towards trying to find a tenant as of right now.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Stay safe!

Thanks

I'm not changing our policies at all. I certainly am not keeping a unit empty. 600 credit score, 3 times income to rent, no felonies, no evictions, verify employment, call prior landlord (hardly ever get an answer on this one). The verification of current employment is very important right now. And I imagine less people are moving. But, people are still moving.
