I think your answer is it depends - as you know immediately around WSU it can get sketchy in a hurry depending on what block you are on and how far off of Hillside, 21st, or 17th St you are.I think the University enrollment has been edging up and they've gotten some great publicity/national attention from the basketball team and Charles Koch's recent book release.One other thing you might check out is the Innovation Campus (I believe that is what the WSU President is terming it) development of the former golf course.

Hi Anthony, including setup instructions at the time of the lease, and even possibly an incentive to use ACH, is a great way to get people enrolled.  

I'm currently enrolled in Rich dad's seminar 3 day beginners real estate program ( Plan to stop due to high fees for the program).
