it is not about screening or luck. they could be perfect when you screen them. people could change overtime. they could become smarter while they live there. they could lose their jobs. they have child support which they don't have that while screening.

If you know of a small child that now has brain damage due to PAST exposure to the meth, then there may be a moral obligation to let the parents know what happened.But if the units don't share common ventilation or there is otherwise a minimal or very low risk that other areas of the building were contaminated, then I think you can sleep easy at night knowing that there was likely to be no damage or issue elsewhere and the landlord took care of the issue.Stirring up drama over something that is no longer an issue is not in anybody's best interest.
