It is a monthly subscription, but worth it.Lastly, you can use a free site like zillow.

You can get both programs at a reasonable subscription rate (I think $10/month) through the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Subscription services like TLO & Accurint require a home/office inspection and for TLO a pretty good reason to use it (in the companies eyes).. then you have individual paid searches you can use thru companies like findthatseller.com or findthisseller.com the site address escapes me at this point but I know at one point they charged 20$ per search and it was a detailed report...
