Hi, Im new to BiggerPockets; Ive always read articles and watched Youtube series but I wanted to learn more about Real Estate things such as: Investing, Short Sales, Rental Property buying, how to obtain loans for multiple properties and etc. I know no banks would offer me further loans if I was to buy 4 or more properties but I can looking to be a bigger Rental Property Investor. So, I was wondering about opening up a business and getting corporation loans- I guess my question is what would be the best route? Standard banks/ Credit Unions or Open a Business (which I want to open a business anyway)... I want 20+ within the next decade or less
