Hey Guys! My name is Mark Libario, 24 years old. Im all the way from Montreal, QC and I'm actually looking forward to buy my very first rental property this year. Currently, I don't have much to start with and been saving because of my goal of getting that first rental property. I have 8k saved up and I don't know if that would be something I could start with. I don't have a good credit either (been frauded and liable for it on 2010, didn't want to pay the big amount) I've read quite a number of books, post and tips, but i still feel a little bit lost. It'd be great to have some idea where to start as early as I could based on what I have mentioned. Looking forward to learn and give it forward too soon!
