Lastly, rentals seem to not be rising in monthly revenue fast enough, at least from what I can see on CL...So, just pondering...I had to let good access to capital go to waste! 

Another thought I've been pondering -- if you're an investor and an agent, what's the best way to network with other agents without them viewing you as competition?

I'm pondering a similar approach, about the business line of credit strategy, so I would love to chat more about that.

This has happened often in contract for deeds where later on they moved to a note and deed of trust.That is a interesting point to ponder.
