Can someone explain to me what the benefits of refinance entail?

Without having any experience dealing with commercial property renovation, we are concerned about what it entails to rehab the property.

What does it entail?

You cannot separate one from the other.The undisputed and unbiased facts of the case are- they knew there was a no pet policy, a friend gave them a dog, they hid having a dog, they were caught with a dog, they asserted ESA.

So I asked Google to see if that assertion was correct.

And if you assert that you would, would an underwriter believe it? 

I do understand that there is some time constraint from selling the property to buying a new one, but I wanted to know more details about what it really entails.  

So it entails that either you're there almost 24x7 or you completely trust your "boots on the ground" (aka property manager).
