They always pretend to be confused and just want us to send someone.7) Some will cause damages that S8 won't require to be fixed, but will threaten to move if you don't fix it.

SUBSTANTIALLY.I highly recommend tapping into your equity and accumulating some more assets at these prices, you will thank yourself in 3 years.The best and most cost effective way to do so is a simple cash out refinance, I don't think you should touch your primary, but leverage your investments for sure.

I have some light flexibility, especially if they rarely ask for changes, but I always make sure someone goes the day off to mitigate any damage or problems that may have arisen.

Keep the money in a market, hopefully doing better than the interest they are charging on a LOC, I get to deduct interest against my rental property bringing the effective rate down and they turn around and and make money on my $$.
