For AC, you need separate ductwork for supplies and returns between the units, separate blowers, and you also need separate cooling systems - condenser and coiling coil; you might be able to use mini-split units to achieve that.For hot water, you need the piping separate for the hot water, and then you will need multiple water heat sources with one per unit.

Either case, we continue to advertise until the Listing Contract is expired.Now curious, is there a cooling off period in regards to Listing Contracts?

I know a lot of other factors with my property alone could be affecting it but.... doesn't anyone else feel the rental market in Tulsa is cooling in general?

I think rehabbing would be cool to try at some point but I want to go more passive in the beginning.

If fixed up I think the property would be a cool space that could be sub divided into 3 or 4 (or maybe even more) areas and rented to multiple tenants.  

The cool weather of fall will be here soon and many insects/rodents try to find their way indoors when the weather changes.
