There are still lawsuits in the work (it was a pre-construction development that the developer bounced on) so who knows, maybe I'll recoup some of it eventually but if not, still worth it.I have always been known to do everything backwards....start with harder things and then go more for normal stuff.I have always bought turnkeys personally because I want to be as hands-off as possible.
