Has BP thought about putting together a real estate simulator or game, that would help in honing our real estate investing skills.

I make $87k salary but my job is in the California ag industry, not easy to just pick up and move when a lot of my skills wouldn't be valued elsewhere.

Helloi have been considering FSBO to sell my property for sometime now, I am not a savvy investor and realized I don't quite have the skills to take this responsibility all by myself so will definitely need some help from an agent.

It depends on the market, the motivation of the seller, and how well-versed your agent's negotiating skills are.

.: Yeah..ok...And all teachers should have kids first...All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....I get your point..... it would be great if every realtor had to have real life home ownership under their belt, so they have that BTDT experience..... but not gonna happen And all teachers should have kids first...More like you should have kids before you get a job teaching parenting skills to new parents.All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....More like you should be a Doctor before you train Med students.All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...More like you should be a Dentist before you train new Dentists.Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....More like you should try the food on the menu.Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....More like you should know how to drive a car before being a car salesman.

At your age, money should not be your driving factor it should be to acquire skills, money will come later and in boatloads if you develop your skills now.

Consider a top-performing operator who already manages assets in the market and has strong renovation skills, is using less leverage, as these deals are starting to pencil out. 

I want to utilize my marketing skills to get into the industry and familiarize myself while making my income.
