Emilio,Personally I've found this aspect -- having to deal with multiple applicants at the same time, etc. and make fast decisions -- the most unpleasant aspect of the rental business so far in the short time I've been involved in it.I totally agree with the others that you need written criteria and some kind of objective standards, or you will go insane and possibly open yourself up to some kind of discrimination lawsuit in the future if you're very unlucky.
