Hi, everyone!

I've spent some time on your website, podcasts, and forums and am very impressed with the amount of helpful information for all levels of interest in the real estate investment field.

I'm a lender that has previously worked with a few clients on deals like this, but because it's never been our prime focus I did not take the time to thoroughly educate myself on the processes until I found your website. It's made working with my real estate-specific clients much easier, as well as provided me with more information on how to structure deals.

The field is becoming more interesting to me and I felt like it was time to stop lurking on forums and start getting more involved. I'm in the Atlanta area and felt like this was an excellent place to meet people in this field and hopefully help everyone out.
