Technology is a wonderful thing for landlords.

With the technology available nowadays most of them can service clients remotely. 

Hello BP community,I am pretty sure this was addressed before but due to the nature of technology, I wanted to get the latest thoughts on this.Can you please tell me in your opinion which rental management software is best from either a property manager standpoint (using the software to manage everything and provide report to landlord), from a landlord standpoint (to self manage) and from a landlord standpoint (to receive report from property manager).

People may also look to sell off larger houses for a gain and downsize/trade into multiple homes.10% Class A apartments with a value add component that is focused more so on smart home technology and amenities than complete unit renovations.

Real estate is different from technology start ups where investors look for pedigree, energy, and pure raw talent.

Some great advice on here and I'm a fan of leveraging teams and technology.  

They are also a technology company and provide that tech to you as part of your dues to help you succeed.

I am looking for a platform that leverages technology heavily so that I can self-manage the property efficiently without much time commitment.

I know its not popular with realtors but technology is changing the game and giving the buyer and seller more power when it comes to real estate.
