Best Rent Manager Software

Hello BP community, I am pretty sure this was addressed before but due to the nature of technology, I wanted to get the latest thoughts on this. Can you please tell me in your opinion which rental management software is best from either a property manager standpoint (using the software to manage everything and provide report to landlord), from a landlord standpoint (to self manage) and from a landlord standpoint (to receive report from property manager). Please clarify for which situation you recommend the software. Much appreciated.

@Michael Roman I have been using OKUPIED. It fits my expectation and needs. but it is for self property and expense management. Try it as it is available on apple store.
