Self service property management platform recommendations

Hi all,

I am a busy IT professional. My realtor would be helping in placing renters for my first local rental property. However for ongoing management, a full service property management company would be an overkill. I am looking for a platform that leverages technology heavily so that I can self-manage the property efficiently without much time commitment. Saw an older article (3 years ago) on BP comparing appfolio / buildium / cozy. Having experienced appfolio as a renter, I loved it but not sure about the pricing for small time landlords. Appreciate recent inputs on pricing and experiences from folks who just started out like me with 1 or 2 properties.
