    If you wish to find a tax expert who specializes in real estate, the expertise, knowledge and the quality of service would be far more important than location. There are several professionals who are active here on the forum, just take a look at the top right corner to see the top contributors (hint: @Michael Plaks, @Ashish Acharya, @Nicholas Aiola). With the technology available nowadays most of them can service clients remotely.
