We have a family of five and quarters would be cramped, but we were excited and enthusiastic to BRRR the heck out of it and get our start in the real estate game. 

That is just one of a thousand ways to do things but it works and everybody is enthusiastic about doing the next one.

Conversely, when the credit markets are loose, and banks are enthusiastically lending money, seller financing has less appeal.Good luck!

However, being relatively new to real estate, I lack a specific use case for the application.My primary goal isn't to profit from this venture but to connect with fellow enthusiasts and learn from your experiences in the real estate world.

Great i say, but i don't know anything about it, but i've seen on my Linkedin feed a free seminar on property investing, lets go along.On the way there, i'm briefing my son on the tricks and traps that unscrupulous providers use to hook you in, and feeling quite smug that, that wouldn't happen to me.So i'm in the seminar, and the usual 'suspects' of entrapment begin... but as the evening unfolds, i watch my son, go from enthusiastic to 'damn i really want to do this dad'.

I was directed to BP by my cousin in Chicago (by way of Phily) who is an active investor on the east coast, and I am enthusiastic about getting back into the trenches, and excited to get to know the BP community.Thanks for having me, and great luck everyone!
