I bring a strong skill set from the software industry and a burning desire to contribute to the real estate community. I'm eager to develop a tool or application that can benefit us all. However, being relatively new to real estate, I lack a specific use case for the application.

 This is a tough one, as real estate has been around forever and I really cannot think of any "new" software that has come out that has been a game changer for an individual investor that is not already available or you need boatloads of $ to start it up
