Greetings fellow aspiring entrepreneurs!

My name is JD (Johnny) Chapman, I'm from Denver, and living in Aurora Colorado. I have been interested in real estate investing for as long as I can remember, and have been educating myself, and researching the industry as much as possible to prepare for a reinvigorated, re-introduction into property investing.

I purchased my first primary residence at 22, and lived there 16 years before turning it into a rental 9 years ago after having another home built nearby. I was on target to purchase multiple investment properties before the market cratered, yet reluctantly found it necessary to back-burner the endeavors in order to readjust my strategies to suit the "new normal" of the recent past, and current market and economic environments.

I was directed to BP by my cousin in Chicago (by way of Phily) who is an active investor on the east coast, and I am enthusiastic about getting back into the trenches, and excited to get to know the BP community.

Thanks for having me, and great luck everyone!

Namasté!
